CLEVELAND- Head Coach Mike Kinnison and the Statesmen baseball program has signed another player in Jackson Christian senior infielder Martin Key. He becomes the fourth player signed by Delta State during the fall signing period.

In his sophomore year he had a .490 BA, three homeruns and 40 RBI as well as being named All District and All State Player of the Year. During that season, Key helped the Eagles win the 2008 State Championship. His junior year he batted .390, with ten homeruns and 53 RBI while being selected All-West Tennessee and All District.

Coach Kinnison is still looking to sign more student-athletes during this fall signing period. As more signees are announced, GoStatesmen.com will offer complete coverage.
