CLEVELAND-The Delta State University men’s tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision to Harding University on April 3 at University Courts in Cleveland.

The Statesmen, (2-5) saw a missed opportunity in the #2 doubles match, as Fonseca and Russo fell to Beach and Taniyev of Harding 9-8. This was the closest match of the day, as the Bison cruised to victories in the other 6 matches that were completed.

All seven matches played by the Statesmen this season have had the same 9-0 score, with DSU winning two.

The Statesmen will return to action on April 17, as they travel to Montgomery, Ala., to compete in the Gulf South Conference Championships.
