CLEVELAND - Winter weather has already forced the cancellation of one match for the Delta State Lady Statesmen Tennis team this year and the forecast for the weekend in Memphis, Tenn., will do the same to the matches scheduled for the Statesmen and Lady Statesmen Saturday and Sunday versus Christian Brothers and Alabama-Huntsville.  No make-up date has been set at this time. 

The Statesmen will open the season Feb. 19-20 at Ouachita Baptist and Southwest Baptist, while the Lady Statesmen will start the season on Feb. 24 versus Christian Brothers at University Courts in Cleveland.  Matches are scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
