University Field
"Home of the Lady Statesmen"

University Field has been the home of Lady Statesmen softball since 1992. The field has under gone a major renovation over the last three years with another addition scheduled for the summer of 2008.

The 500-seat facility features one of the top playing surfaces in NCAA Division II, a state-of-the-art press box, wireless internet, restroom and concession facilities, lights and the locker room for DSU's softball program.

In the summer of 2008, DSU will increase the size of each dugout and build a larger restroom and concessions facility to the south of the current grandstand.

Known for its atmosphere and tailgating experience, DSU's University Field features two outfield decks for cooking and fellowship during each Lady Statesmen home game. These opportunities are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
