Round One Scores

DUNCAN,Okla.-The Delta State University golf team is currently in 13th place after one round of play at The Territory Classic in Duncan, Okla.

The Statesmen are currently 28 shots off the lead after an opening day team score of 308. St. Edwards takes the overnight lead with a score of 290.

DSU has been led by junior Chase Smith who is tied for seventh with an even par 72. Seth McBrayer currently sits in a tie for 42nd place following an opening round score of +5 77. Jordan Breaux (79), Austin Smithers (80) and Casey Patterson (85) round out the scoring for the Statesmen.

St. Edwards product Santiago Quintero is the leader in the clubhouse after a -2 under par 70 on the par 72 course.
