CLEVELAND - The No. 18 nationally ranked Statesmen (34-14-1) of Delta State University used their weekend successes over previously No. 1 ranked Southern Arkansas (39-6) to climb one spot to sixth in this latest NCAA South Region Poll, as released by the NCAA on Wednesday.

The Statesmen took 2-of-3 from Southern Arkansas this past weekend, including two mercy rule wins.  Despite the lopsided loses, the Muleriders maintained the top spot in the South Region.  The complete poll is listed below.
