Lauren May, a senior forward on the Lady Statesmen Soccer program, claimed another GoStatesmen.com Female Student-Athlete of the Week in DSU's hard fought 3-1 loss at West Florida.  

As time was expiring in the first half, Delta State's Lauren May put Delta State back in the game with a goal on a pass from Erin Tucker to make the score 3-1 going into the half.

The London, England native leads the Lady Statesmen with six goals on the season and delivered an assist for 13 total points.
