Tombers dominated the 2014 DSU Christmas Invitational setting multiple records.  The sophomore from Germany earned qualifying times in six events, including a victory in one individual event and one relay.
 

• First Place in 1,000-Freestyle (10:06.04) | B-cut
• First Place in 400-Individual Medley (4:17.16) | A-cut, pool record
• Runner-up in 500-Freestyle (4:57.67) | B-cut
• Runner -up in 800-Freestyle Relay (7:39.25) | B-cut
• Runner-up in 1,650-Freestyle (16:47.14) | A-cut, school record
• Runner-up in 400-Freestyle Relay (3:30.36) | B-cut
