Kaitlin Moore, a senior outfielder on the Delta State University softball team, captures her second CableONE Female Student-Athlete of the Week award after her performances this past weekend against the University of North Alabama in Florence, Ala.
The senior from Southaven, Miss., hit .500 on the weekend, going 4-for-8 at the plate. In game one, Moore was 1-for-2 with a double and a run scored. She collected the lone hit of the game for DSU in game two, while going 1-for-2 at the dish.
In the series finale, Moore was 2-for-4 with a 2-RBI triple.
She currently leads the GSC with 16 doubles and has 63 for her career, which is now fourth in GSC history.
