Anissa Jackson, a senior guard for the Lady Statesmen, has earned CableOne GoStatesmen.com Athlete of the Week honors for the second consecutive week. 

The Jackson, Mississippi native tied her career high in putting up 16 points in an 82-77 loss at Mississippi College on Dec. 1 to open GSC play. The senior also tallied three rebounds and added a steal while shooting 70% from the floor. 

The Lady Statesmen return to action on Saturday, Dec. 10, when Delta State travels to Miles College. The game will tip at 2 p.m.
