Tre Hobbs, a senior pitcher for the Delta State baseball team, has earned the CableOne GoStatesmen.com Men's Athlete of the Week award.

Hobbs earned the third honor of his career, as he went the distance to help the Statesmen earn a 4-1 victory over Lee University. He allowed just one run on six hits with six strikeouts. In both of his victories this season, Hobbs has allowed just two runs.

The complete game effort was the 10th of his career.
