Delta State University softball player Karley Bloesch was named a Guaranty Bank Featured Athlete of the Week after she hit .375 and hit her first career homerun for the Lady Statesmen against Auburn University at Montgomery. 

The Poplar Grove, Ark., native went 3-for-8 with her first career homerun. She also scored a run and drove in two runs on the weekend. 

Bloesch is hitting .322 on the year with a homerun and nine RBI. She has also scored five runs and has seven doubles and four walks in 25 total games played.
