HOW IT HAPPENED- The Lady Statesmen's best scoring chance came in the second half when a Camila Segura Sevilla shot from the left side of the eight-yard box forced Duffy to make a diving save while her follow up shot was cleared off the goal line by an LSU-A defender.
- The Lady Statesmen outshot the Generals 13-10 and 3-1 in the two overtimes.
- Hosley finished with seven saves in her first collegiate start. Hosley and Taylor Taffo recorded clean sheets in their first games at DSU.
- Katie Duffy recorded six saves for LSUA.
STAT OF THE GAME BEYOND THE BOXSCORE- The tie was the first for the Lady Statesmen since Oct. 26, 2014 dating back to a 2-2 result against Spring Hill College.
- The scoreless tie was only the second in school history and the first for the Lady Statesmen at Delta Field. Delta State tied Harding 0-0 on Oct. 2, 2012 in Searcy, Ark.
