Live Stats CLEVELAND, Miss. – The Delta State University women's soccer (0-0) team opens the 2015 campaign hosting former Gulf South Conference member the University of Montevallo (0-0) on Thursday 1:30 p.m. at Delta Field.
RETURNING PLAYERS: Delta State returns seven starters and 11 letterwinners, including three of its top four goal scorers from 2014.
Tais Cotta, led the team last season with five goals along with two assists. Cotta enters the season with six career goals, one shy of moving into the career top 10. Her 15 career points rank 10
th to start the year.
Lakyn Cryder had three goals and one assist, while
Tabitha Hayden added two goals with a team-high three assists.
