CLEVELAND, Mississippi – The Delta State women's soccer team (5-11-1, 3-9-1 GSC) will conclude its season on Thursday, Oct. 26 when it travels to Clinton, Miss., to face in-state rival Mississippi College (12-2-1, 11-2 GSC) for a Gulf South Conference contest.

ABOUT MISSISSIPPI COLLEGE:
- Mississippi College officially joined the GSC in 1972, but departed from the conference in 1996 and transitioned to an NCAA DIII school. In 2012, MC applied to rejoin the GSC. The 2017-18 year marks the college's first year as a full member of the NCAA Division II and the Gulf South Conference.
- MC enters Thursday's match coming off a 3-2 come-from-behind win over Auburn Montgomery.
- The Lady Choctaws are tied for first place in the GSC with 33 points, and are undefeated at home (6-0).
