HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Temia Pride scored the first of her two goals in the 21st minute, as she took a through ball from Ellie McKenzie and beat DSU goalkeeper Ana Branch to the far post.
- Danielle Gilson added to the UWA lead 18 minutes later, when she chested the ball in off a corner from Brianna Forrest.
- Pride scored her second in the 80th minute, as she used her speed after a long pass from McKenzie and put the ball past Branch.
- Branch had six saves for the Lady Statesmen, while Jenni Aarniva had three for the Tigers.

- The Lady Statesmen were outshot 8-2 in the first half, but bounced back to match UWA with six in the second half.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:
- Jasmine McGill lead DSU with three shots. Her 2.75 shots per contest are tied for 12th in the GSC.
