CLEVELAND, Miss.- The Delta State University men's soccer team fell to Christian Brothers University on Friday afternoon by a final score of 2-0. Two second half goals from CBU put the Bucs ahead and the Statesmen could not catch up.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- DSU had a golden opportunity early on with a free kick. Myron Duffy took a great shot but goalie Wayne Davis had a good save to keep the Statesmen off the board in the first minute.
- After that CBU dominated the possession but could not get off any good shots.
- CBU's first goal came in the 51st minute as Jake Donaldson received a pass from Ivan Segui and his shot took a deflection on the way into the back of the net.
- Habib Binate got the second goal in the 70th minute as his strike from 25 yards out dipped under the outstretched hand of Mattis Klopper.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- DSU had one shots with one on goal while CBU took six shots with five on goal.
- Tylor Davis earned two yellow cards which then resulted in a red card for the Statesmen.
- CBU earned five yellow cards in the game.
- There was a combined 28 fouls in the game
