Jefferson City, Tenn. -- The Delta State University men's tennis team won 7-0 as they faced off against Carson Newman University on Thursday afternoon.. The Statesmen won the doubles point, and swept all the singles matches.

• Côme Bracaval and Leo De Sousa (DSU) defeated Waterbolk and Froehlac (CNU) 6-1.

SINGLES

• Terrier (DSU) defeats Oka (CNU) 6-3, 6-2.
• Emiliano (DSU) defeated Janse (CNU) 6-2, 6-3.
• Stroppiana (DSU), took it to three sets and defeated Ott (CRU) 5-7, 6-3, and 6-4.
• Froehlach (CNU) falls to Seymour (DSU) 6-0, 6-2.
• De Sousa (DSU) defeats Waterbolk (CNU) 6-3, 6-3.
• Bracaval (DSU) finish's it off with a victory over Dabdab (CNU) 6-1, 6-0.
