CLEVELAND, Miss. -- The Delta State University women's tennis team fell to the University of Alabama in Huntsville 6-1 on Sunday afternoon at the Cleveland Country Club.

• Katheryne Valencia Perez and Sofia Colvee (DSU) fell to Mehlich and Thomas (UAH) 6-3.
• Fabiola Cardenas and Sophia St. Amant (DSU) were victorious against Polakovic and Lucas (UAH) 6-1.
• Valentine Colin and Beth Owen (DSU) lost to Kirchtag and Lodez (UAH).

SINGLES:

• Cardenas (DSU) lost in a quick match to Mehlich (UAH) 6-1, 6-4.
• Colin (DSU) was outlasted by Kirchtag (UAH) 3-6, 6-3, and 6-4. 
• Stelzer (DSU) fell 6-4, 6-3 against Thomas (UAH).
• Colvee (DSU) lost to Lucas (UAH) 6-3, 6-4.
• Perez (DSU) dominated on court four with a victory against Baczanova (UAH) 6-2, 6-3.
• St. Amant (DSU) fell to Lopez (UAH) 6-1, 6-2.
