HOW IT HAPPENED

• Flippo Bellu scored off a pass from Antoine Recizac to give Mississippi College a 1-0 in the 19th minute.
• Recizac made the score 2-0 in the 26th minute, scoring off an assist from Aurele Chemin.
• The Statesmen had three shots in the first half with Remi Emeriau accounting for the lone shot on goal in the 43rd minute.
• MC had the first scoring chance of the second half when Olaf Conforti hit the right post off a free kick in the 59th minute.
• A Emeriau shot on goal was saved in the 70th minute
• Mattis Kloepper turned away shots by Noah Wagner in the 71st minute and Soanein Folituu the 72nd  minute to keep the deficit at two goals.
• Kloepper made saves on shots by Recizac's in the 80th minute and Chemin in the 87th minute.
• Emeriau and Carl Swennberg had shots on goal in the 71st and 85th minute for DSU in the second half.

• Delta State is 0-5-1 in the last six matches against MC and has dropped the four matches on the road in the series.
• The Choctaws out shot the Statesmen 28-7 and 13-3 in shots on goal.
• Corner kicks were 7-2 in favor of Mississippi College.
