Cleveland, Miss. - The Delta State University baseball team (15-12, 10-8 GSC) will head to Arkansas again on Tuesday to face the Muleriders of Southern Arkansas University (18-10, 13-5 GAC). The single game will be played at Goodheart Field starting at 3:00 PM.

Scouting the Statesmen:
- The Statesmen look to build some momentum from this midweek heading into a big GSC weekend series against UAH.
- Tucker Jones continues to be a spark for the Statesmen offense. On the season, he has driven in 31 runs on five homeruns and four doubles. He is 20-20 on stolen base attempts.
- Mason Shropshire started on the mound last week against Arkansas Tech. He threw six shutout innings, allowing two hits and striking out one. He looks to continue that momentum into Southern Arkansas.
Scouting the Muleriders:
- Wyatt Fielding leads the Mulerider offense. He posts a .396 batting average on 10 doubles, two triples, and six home runs, while driving in 26 runs on the season.
- Preston Smith has also been a big part of the offense. As he hits .308 on the year, he has stolen 15 bases for the Muleriders.
- Stetson Bishop was the starting pitcher for the Muleriders on their most recent midweek. On 11.2 innings on the year, he posts a 4.63 ERA.
