SOPHOMORE (2011): Most notably, Stacey took third overall with a 19:30.57 at the Veteran's Park 5K at the 2011 GSC Women’s XC Championship…Became the first Lady Statesmen in school history to earn All-GSC First Team honors in back-to-back seasons (10.22.11)…Named to the 2011 Fall All-Academic Team (1.17.2012)… Finished top twenty with 23:31 to claim 14th overall and was named All-South Region at the NCAA South Region for a second straight season (11.5.11)…Finished third overall and second among non-Division I teams with a 23:41.75, the sixth fastest 6K time in Lady Statesmen history at the Mississippi College/Watson Ford Invitational (10.7.11)…Finished 1st for the Lady Statesmen in 37th place with a 19:50.72 in the Brooks’ Twilight Invitational 5k (9.4.11)...Claimed 3rd place with a 19:43 in the UAH Fleet Feet/Earl Jacoby Memorial 5k helping the Lady Statesmen team place 2nd overall (9.10.11)… Was the top finisher for Delta State placing 81st of 194 runners, crossing the line in 20:14.30 helping DSU place fourth best finish by a non-NCAA DI program in the Vanderbilt University Commodore Classic (9.17.11)… At the 2011 Rhodes College Cross Country Invitational set a school record and personal best finish with a 22:57 finishing seventh overall (10.1.11).
