2015 GSC Academic Honor Roll

2015 (Senior):  Saw action in 29 games, starting 18 as the designated hitter…hit .229, going 16-for-70 with two doubles, four home runs, 14 RBIs and 13 runs scored…had five multi-hit games and three multi-RBI games...recorded a season-high two hits against Southern Arkansas (3.11), at Mississippi Valley State (4.1), Mississippi Valley State (4.15), Shorter University (4.19) and at West Florida (4.26)…drove in three runs against Shorter (4.19) and had two-RBIs at Christian Brothers (4.8) and at Mississippi College (4.11)…belted home runs against Valdosta State (3.1), Mississippi Valley State (4.1) and at West Florida (4.26).

2014 (Redshirt Junior): played in 15 games, collecting two hits in 10 at bats (.200 batting average)... had three RBI, walked four times and scored once... went one-for-eight as pinch hitter with two RBI

2013 (Junior): Redshirted..

2012 (Sophomore): Help guide Statesmen to 12th Gulf South Conference championship, 11th NCAA South Region title and 11th NCAA College World Series appearance...DSU finished second overall as national runner-up ... batted .292 with seven hits in 24 at-bats in 26 games played ... finished with two doubles and five RBIs...career-high two RBIs versus Valdosta State (3.24).

2011 (Freshman): Appeared in two games...went 1-for-1 with a double and two runs scored.

PREP: Batted .541 with 10 home runs and 14 doubles as a senior at Simpson Academy...was an All-State selection as a senior and also earned the Conference Player of the Year Award under Head Coach Britt Hederman...the baseball team won conference championships in 2007, 2008, and 2010.

PERSONAL: Son of Tim and Sheila McMillian...born on October 30, 1991 in Jackson, Mississippi...majoring in criminal justice
