Biography
2020 (RS JUNIOR): Saw playing time in two games as a pinch runner before the season ended due to the COVID-19 pandemic…pinch ran against Lynn University (2.8) and at Southern Arkansas (3.3)…scored a run against SAU (3.3).
2019 (RS SOPHOMORE): Helped the Statesmen to a 42-14 overall record and a 20-9 mark in the Gulf South Conference while winning the school's 15th GSC title...played in 14 games and was primarily used as a pinch-runner in late inning situations... played three games in the outfield against East Central (Okla.) (2.1), Arkansas Tech (2.27) and Mississippi Valley State (4.9)...scored eight runs and drew a pair of walks...got his first career at bat against Mississippi Valley State (4.9).
2018 (RS FRESHMAN): Did not see any time on the field.
2017 (FRESHMAN): Redshirted.
PREP: Earned All-State honors in 2016 and All-Conference laurels as a junior and senior at Springfield High School in Springfield, Ill…hit .369 with 26 steals, four home runs his senior year…help lead SHS to a state runner-up finish in 2016…National Honor Society two years…academic All-Conference three years…named to the All-State honor roll…played for Coach Jim Steinwart.
