- Finished with a time of 23:46.03 and closed in 87th place to open the year at the UAH Charger Invite (9.19)
- Placed 23rd, with a time of 25:08.30, as the Lady Statesmen finished third at the UNA Invite (9.25)
- Closed in 60th place, in 23:34.7, at the University of Arkansas Little Rock Open (10.17)
- Rounded out the season with a 5K time of 23:40.53, good for 82nd place, at the GSC Championships (10.31)
2019
- Debuted at the University of Alabama in Huntsville Charger Open 5K (9.28) and ran a 23:57.45 to finish 92nd
- Raced to 94th overall with a 27:06.63 at the Mississippi College Invitational 6K (10.12)
- Closed out the campaign by running a 23:39.25 to finish 73rd at the Gulf South Conference Championships 5K (10.26)
BLUE MOUNTAIN COLLEGE
- Ran two seasons while also competing in track and field with the Toppers of Blue Mountain
- Part of the 2017 SSAC Conference Championship team in cross country
- Member of the 2019 SSAC 4x800 Conference championship relay team in track and field
- Earned a spot on the president’s list all four terms and was named an Academic All-American, earning an NAIA Scholar Athlete Award
HIGH SCHOOL
- Ran cross country for coach Nathan McLellen, while also participating in track and field and basketball at East Union Attendance Center
- Two-time pole vault state champion, and was the 800m north half champion and a state runner-up
- 4x800m state runner-up team member, and was part of the 2015 cross country championship team
- All-Country, All-Region, and All-State in cross country for two years
- Valedictorian of her class and served as class president
- Daughter of Susan and Johnny Smith
- Majoring in marketing and graphic design
