DID YOU KNOW?
Through the 2020 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships, the Delta State Swimming and Diving program is the only school in the country to have three different student-athletes (Melanie Tombers - 2017, Kyle Weesner - 2019 and Michael Maly - 2020) receive the Elite 90 Award. Within NCAA Division II, this amount also represents the most recipients from a university sponsoring a swimming and diving program in the country. Each of Delta State's student-athletes earning the award maintained a 4.0 GPA within their respective major.Â
