Cable McMinn

Cable McMinn completed his second season a graduate assistant under coach Mike Kinnison in 2015.  McMinn finished his playing career at Mid-Continent University (Mayfield, Ky.) in 2013 where he graduated with a bachelors degree in Psychology.

McMinn started his collegiate playing career with two seasons at Copiah-Lincoln Community College before moving on to Lambuth University for his junior season.

It was in his final season (2012) as a member of the MCU Cougars where McMinn received honors for his playing career.  He was selected to the All-Region team and was named Trans-South Conference Scholar Athlete while leading his team to the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA)World Series.  In his lone season for the Cougars, McMinn hit .313, collecting 62 hits and scoring 26 runs.  His 44 RBI led the team, while his five home runs were second on the team.  McMinn also posted an impressive .985 Fielding Percentage while playing in all 62 games at First Base.

McMinn entered into the coach ranks for the 2013 season as an assistant coach at Reidland High School (Paducah, Ky.)

McMinn received his Master's in sport and human performance from Delta State on May 9, 2015.
