CAREER: Finished his DSU career with a 16 doubles, four triples, seven home runs and 72 RBIs...helped the Statesmen captured two GSC Regular Season titles (2017, 2018), one GSC Tournament Championship (2017), the 2017 NCAA Division II South Region Championship (2017) and advanced to the 2017 NCAA Division II World Series.
2018 (Senior): Helped the Statesmen to a 42-11 overall record and the Gulf South Conference regular season title with a 23-5 mark...played and started in 51 games at second base...second on the team with a .385 batting average, six doubles, one triple, two home runs and 41 RBIs...slugged .456 and had a.500 on base percentage...led the team with 11 stolen bases in 14 attempts...went 3-for-6 with a five RBIs, three runs scored and a grand slam against nationally ranked Nova Southeastern University (2.3)...was 4-for-6 with two doubles, two RBIs and three runs scored against West Georgia (3.9/GM 1)...was 4-for-4 with a double, two RBIs, two walks and two runs scored against Lee University (3.15)...went 3-for-5 with a triple and three RBIs against Mississippi College (5.17) to open the NCAA Division II South Region Tournament...hit his second home run of the year against Auburn Montgomery (3.4)....tallied 24 multi-hit games, including four four hit games along with 11 multi-RBI performances.
2017 (Junior): Helped the Statesmen finish 45-13 and 25-8 in the GSC, winning their 14
th GSC title and 12
th NCAA Regional Championship while making their 12
th NCAA Division II College World Series appearance…played in 55 games, tallying 53 start at second base…batted .328 (66-for-201) with 10 doubles, three triples, five home runs and 31 RBIs…had a .421 on base percentage, slugged .483 and stole five bases (nine attempts)…fielded .952 with 13 errors in 271 chances… had 21 multi-hit games that included 15 two-hit and six three-hit games…drove in multiple runs six times…went 3-for-6 with two home runs and six RBIs in a 19-17 comeback win against Valdosta State (5.8) in the GSC Tournament…hit .583 with a double, a home run and three runs scored while slugging .917 with a .667 on base percentage in the NCAA Division II South Region Tournament…batted .381 with a double, two home runs, seven RBIs and six runs scored in the GSC Tournament…finished tied for third in the GSC with three triples… reached base in 28 straight games and had a long hitting streak of eight-game games.
JUCO: Hit .319 (97-for-304) with 45 runs, 12 doubles, four triples, two home runs and 62 RBIs in two seasons at East Mississippi Community College in Scooba, Miss...stole eight bases (eight attempts)…played under Coach Chris Rose…hit .381 with five doubles, a triple, two home runs, 28 RBIs, and 21 runs scored through 44 games in 2016…had a .320 average with seven doubles, three triples, 34 RBIs and 24 runs scored in 41 games as a freshmen… named 2016 MJCAA Second-Team All-State…Phi Theta Kappa member…two-time President’s List honoree and earned Dean’s List honors in the spring of 2016.
PREP: Played for Coach Clint Wilkerson at Ridgeland High School in Ridgeland, Miss…two-time Mississippi Second-Team All-State selection…earned All-Metro honors in 2013…Mu Alpha Theta member… four-year academic honor roll member.
