2019 (SOPHOMORE): Played three games at defensive back…helped the Statesmen to a 6-4 record…the Statesmen defense led the GSC in total defense (309.2 ypg.), rush defense (122.0 ypg.) and sacks per game (2.70).

2018 (FRESHMAN): Played in five games for the Statesmen at defensive back...started the year as a redshirt, but performed so well in practice he was promoted...recorded nine tackles, including a career-best six stops at No. 10 Valdosta State.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for defensive back coach Shelby Ford at Desoto Central...totaled 80 solo tackles, 5 Interceptions, including two returned for two touchdowns, one fumble recovery...had 248 all purpose yards...2017 Class 6A Region 1 Second Team All-Region...lettered in track and field, finishing fourth at the MHSAA Track and Field meet in the long jump with a jump of 22.5-feet...ran a 11.00 100-meter dash in 2017...scholarship recipient from Church Holy City C.O.G.I.C...honor roll student at DCHS.

PERSONAL: Johnny "BJ" Sisco...born in Hampton, Va...Glenn and Carolyn Sisco...had one brother, Cortez Sisco, and one sister, Erika Sisco...majoring in pre-dentistry.
