Zach Muller

Zach Muller enters his first season as a graduate assistant coach under head coach Todd Cooley. Muller will assist as the strong safeties coach.
 
Muller played his collegiate career at Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C. as a tight end from 2011 to 2015. He was the third leading receiver in 2014 and 2015.
 
After his playing career, Muller worked as an interim coach from 2013 to 2014. His duties included complete play-by-play breakdown of 2014 Wofford offense, including passing breakdown, and assisting the coaching staff with film breakdown of upcoming opponents. He also created an offensive playbook with multiple run and pass concepts.
 
The Minnesota native also acted as the assistant strength coach at Wayzata High School in Plymouth, Minn., in its summer strength program in 2012, 2013 and 2015. His responsibilities were to teach proper weight lifting techniques and assisting the coaching staff in installing the offense to varsity athletes.
 
Muller graduated from Wofford College in December 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in business economics. He was selected to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll in 2012.
