2017 (RS FRESHMAN): Helped the Statesmen to a 9-4 overall record and a second round appearance in the NCAA Division II Football Championship Playoff.

2016 (FRESHMAN): Redshirted

HIGH SCHOOL: Played fullback under Coach Kelly Causey...a recipient of the Pat Coleman Award … named First-Team MHSAA All-State...received the Pat Coleman Award...rushed 48 times for 189 yards in his final game for the Wildcats...also lettered in baseball for Coach Steve Weis.
 
PERSONAL: Zachary Frazier Linkous...born in Cleveland, Miss...son of Christy and Rob Linkous...has two brothers, Ethan and Bo.
