2019 GSC Spring Academic Honor Roll

2019-20 (RS FRESHMAN): Played in all six events before the remainder of the spring schedule was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic…had a 73.28 stroke average over 18 rounds with a low round of 67 in the first round of the Derrall Foreman Invitational…finished third at the Derrall Foreman Invitational (10.7-8) with a nine-under 207, shooting 69-71-67…posted eight rounds of par or better with four rounds in the 60s…had a one-under, 215 (68-77-70) at the Matt Dyas Invitational (10.21-22).

2018-19 (FRESHMAN): Red-shirted after joining the Statesmen for the spring portion of the 2019 schedule after signing with the Statesmen during the 2018 early signing.  

HIGH SCHOOL: Played golf for Coach Steve Herring at Oxford High School in Oxford, Miss...helped the Chargers capture the MHSAA 5A State title in 2017 and the 6A MHSAA State title in 2018...shot a 66-70 to win the 2017 USJGT Tour Championship (68-70)...finished tied for third at the 6A MHSAA Golf Championship, shooting (75-69)...finished 29th out of 117 golfers in The 2018 Bubba Conlee National, shooting 72-74-70...2018 Clarion Ledger Second-Team All-State...won the USJGT Galloway with a 69-67...tied for 36th at the 2017 MS State Amateur Championship, carding a 74-72-72)...lettered six years and was voted the golf team Captain as a junior year...ranked No. 644 on the Junior Golf Scoreboard.
