Amber Adcock begins her first season as a graduate assistant coach after playing four seasons and serving one season as the student assistant for player operations with the Lady Statesmen under head coach Casey Bourgoyne-Charles.
Adcock graduated in May 2016 from Delta State University with a Bachelor’s degree in health, physical education and recreation.
As a Lady Statesman, Adcock was a two-time DAKTRONICS Second Team All South Region selection (2012, 2015), Preseason All-GSC Team selection (2014), First Team All-GSC selection (2015), Second Team All-GSC selection (2012), and three-time GSC All Tournament Team member (2012-2014). She continued to work with the Lady Statesmen during the 2016 season as the student assistant for player operations.
She has also served as a camp group leader for Delta State’s OKRA Camp for the past three years.
Adcock is currently studying for her Master’s degree in sport management at Delta State.
