SENIOR (2016): Paced her way to a time of 21:18.89 in her collegiate debut at the Brooks Memphis Twilight Meet (5K), finishing third on the team...Led the Lady Statesmen as the team's first overall finisher at the Rhodes College Invite (5K), registering a time of 21:32 in just the second race of her collegiate career...Placed 65th at the UAH Invite/GSC Preview Meet (5K) with a time 21:25.90...Garnered a 19th place finish, her best of the season, with a time of 20:52 in setting her personal record by 28 seconds at the Ozarks Invite (5K)... Dashed to the second best time of the season at the GSC Championships (5K), turning in a time of 20:53.27 for DSU.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Hartland High School in Hartland, Mich., under the direction of head coach Maria Puranen…Earned All-State honors two times and All-County honors three times…School record holder in 200-IM and 100-Breaststroke...2012 State Champion in LCM 200-Breaststroke.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Jeffrey and Karen Stroven…Has two brothers (Hans and Sven) and three sisters (Dana, Greta and Freya)...Major is fashion merchandising.
