Mason McAnally

Mason McAnally is in his first season as the goalkeeper coach for head coach Paul Babba and the Lady Statesmen Soccer team.
 
McAnally comes to the team after completing his four years with the Statesmen soccer team as a goalkeeper. Before his time with Delta State, he played at Milton HS in Milton, Florida.
 
He received Team MVP honors both his junior and senior season as well as being named team captain. McAnally was inducted into the Milton High School Soccer Hall of Fame.
 
McAnally was a member of the Gulf Coast Texans, a NPSL Semi-Pro soccer team in 2013.
 
He also was a three-year member of SAAC (Student Athlete Advisory Committee), served as Vice President in 2012-2013 and in 2013-2014 served as SAAC President.
 
Off the field, he holds the positions of the Chairman, Facilities management, and Vice President of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He also was elected Beta-Nu pledge class president in Spring of 2011.
 
He was also elected “Mr. DSU” in 2013 by his peers at Delta State and is a member of the Delta State University Hall of Fame.
 
Son of Mark and Mary McAnally, has one brother, Marshall and one sister, Meagan-deceased. He is currently finishing his degree while coaching in Outdoor Recreation Leadership.
