Dean Arnold enters his second year as a graduate assistant in the Office of Athletic Communications at Delta State. A third-generation Statesmen, Arnold has a deep passion for Delta State Athletics.
Arnold, a Jackson, Miss. native, comes to the #DSUFamily after a impactful four years of undergrad. Arnold interned with multiple non-profit organizations, camps, and law firms firms in the state of Mississippi.
Arnold was a cheerleader for the Green and White, including being the co-ed captain during the 2016-2017 school year. He was also the Student Assistant Men's Tennis Coach in 2019-2020 season helping the Statesmen finished with a 10-8 overall (4-6 GSC).
Arnold, as a Student, held many positions in Delta State organizations, including the President of the Delta Diplomats, Chaplain for Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, as well as a member of the leadership team for the Delta State RUF. His favorite memory was being the President of the Health, Physical Education, and Recreation Club.
