Michael Vinson of the baseball team has been name the GoStatesmen.com Male Athlete of the Week.
 
In four games last week, the junior from Southaven batted .429 with six hits, a double and two 2-run home runs.
 
He also had a .929 slugging percentage and scored three runs.
