Alondrea Rush, a sophomore guard for the Lady Statesmen, has earned CableOne GoStatesmen.com Athlete of the Week honors for the first time this season.

The Horn Lake, Miss., native led the Lady Statesmen in setbacks at Shorter and Lee, averaging 12.5 points per contest. She also averaged four rebounds per game.

The Lady Statesmen return to action on Saturday, Dec. 31, when they play host to Union University. Tip off is scheduled for 2 p.m. CT.
