Carlie Vice, a sophomore on the Lady Statesmen softball team, was named CableOne/GoStatesmen.com Female Student-Athlete of the Week after helping lead DSU to a sweep of Christian Brothers last week.

The Biloxi, Miss., native led the Lady Statesmen going 6-for-7 with two doubles, a home run and six RBIs, while also scoring four runs.
