Delta State University women's soccer player Mia Ramirez was named a Guaranty Bank Featured Student-Athlete of the Week after her performances this past weekend.

Ramirez, a senior forward for the Lady Statesmen soccer team, posted six total points over the weekend for the Green and White. 

The Torrance, Cali. native, registered one assist in Friday's 1-1 overtime draw against the University of West Florida. Ramirez then scored two goals and tallied an assist in Sunday's 4-0 Senior Day win over Spring Hill College.
