MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Delta State University men's soccer team held Christian Brothers to just one shot on goal, but it was enough for the Bucs, who held on for a 1-0 victory on Friday at Signaigo Field.

@StatesmenSC HOW IT HAPPENED:- Christian Brothers scored the only goal of the contest in the 20th minute, when Brendan Bennett notched his second of the season, off an assist from Kevin Tikhomiroff.
- The Statesmen held a 14-5 advantage in shots. DSU forced five saves from CBU goalkeeper Britton McGuire.
- Daniel Deblaere and Nicolas Garrido led DSU with four shots apiece
STAT OF THE GAME:- The Statesmen held CBU to just five shots and one on goal.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE- Four-of-seven DSU losses have come by one goal. Two setbacks came in 1-0 decisions.
