HOW IT HAPPENED

• Camila Segura Sevilla finished off a pass from Tais Cotta in the third minute to give the Lady Statesmen a 1-0 lead.
• Kailey Bryan added to the Lady Statesmen lead, scoring off a ball played in from just inside midfield by Hillary Wall.
• The Lady Statesmen outshot Louisiana College in the first half 10-1 that included eight shots on goal.
• Cotta, Catherine Thomson and Lakyn Cryder scored second half goals for the Lady Statesmen.
• Shelby Nell, Bryan and Cryder also had assists in the second half.
• The Lady Statesmen outshot the Lady Wildcats 22-3 and 16-3 in shots on goal.
