Devin Schmidt's career-high tying 37 points.

How It Happened - The Statesmen strung together a 9-2 run in the opening 16:42 of the contest and held the 16-12 advantage at the 14:32 mark. Devin Schmidt had 12 of DSU's 16 points at that time.
- Schmidt drained back-to-back 3-pointers to give the Green-and-White the 31-24 lead with 6:28 in the half.
- Each team scored 13 points to close out first-half action, keeping the deficit at seven. Delta State took the 44-37 lead into the locker room at halftime.
- The Chargers opened the second half on an 11-6 run to take their first lead of the game, 50-48, with 14:57 to go in the contest.
- Huntsville went up by four, 55-51, before Brett Warner's three at the 12:18 mark cut the deficit to 55-54 in favor of UAH.
- The lead changed possessions five times over 2:22, but UAH ultimately went up by 10 with 4:52 left, 74-64.
