CLEVELAND, Miss. – The Delta State women's soccer team dropped its second straight conference game to the Lady Bucs of Chrisitan Brothers University 4-0 on Friday, Sept. 23.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- CBU struck first when Crissy Cornacchia scored on an assist by Shelby Goodrich in the 4th minute.
- Melissa Tammi scored on a direct kick to make it 2-0 in favor of CBU in the 30th minute.
- Shelby Goodrich scored on an assist by Nikeshia Mitchell in the 69th minute to extend CBU's lead over DSU 3-0.
- Sinead Tiemey scored the final goal of the game on an assist by Sinead Tiemey in the 86th minute.
- Tabitha Hayden led the offense for DSU with two shots, and the Lady Statesmen's only shot on goal.
- In goal for the Lady Statesmen, Emily Oldacre made three saves, and Ella Hunkin made two saves.
- CBU goalkeeper Emly Wragg made only one save.
- CBU out-shot the Lady Statesmen 14-4.
STAT OF THE GAME:
