VALDOSTA, Ga. – The Delta State University women's soccer team held Valdosta State scoreless for over 103 minutes before allowing a double overtime game-winner, in a 1-0 loss on Friday at the VSU Soccer Complex.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Valdosta State was not able to capitalize on 12 first half shots, forcing seven saves.
- Traci Monroe recorded both DSU shots on goal in the opening 45 minutes.
- VSU outshot the Lady Statesmen 15-1 over the next 58 minutes.
- The Lady Blazers scored the game-winner in the 104th minute, when Ashley Lewis found the back of the net.
