HUNTSVILLE, Ala -- The Delta State University softball team dropped a pair of one run contests on day one of the UAH Charger Chillout, on Thursday, at the Metro Kiwanis Sportsplex.

- Trialing 4-3, with a pair of runners on base, in the bottom the fifth Henderson State retired three straight DSU batters to keep the lead.
