CLEVELAND, Miss.- The Delta State University women's soccer team hits the road for a rivalry game against Mississippi College on Thursday afternoon. The Choctaws are currently the only undefeated team left in GSC play are have only lost once all year.

INSIDE THE SERIES: Delta State trails the all time series with Mississippi College 7-0. Last year, MC scored in the 16
th minute and endured a lighting delay to hold on the for the 1-0 win over DSU.
Amanda Hilliard recorded four saves in the loss.
LAST TIME OUT: The Delta State University Women's soccer team lost on a last minute score by Valdosta State to drop the Lady Statesmen 1-0. DSU is now 4-4-4 overall on the year and is 4-3-1 in conference play. They currently sit in seventh in the GSC standings.
Diana Okechukwu leads the Green and Wite with 16 shot attempts and has one goal.
Tasha Toms has two goals for DSU. There have been six different players score for Delta State this year.
INSIDE THE OPPONENTS: Mississippi College is 10-1 on the year. Their only loss was on the opening game of the year at Saint Leo by a final of 1-0. They are 8-0 in conference having beaten UWA 7-0, Lee 3-1, and Shorter 9-1. Last weekend they beat Valdosta in double overtime 1-0 and West Georgia 2-1. They have outscored opponents 41-8 this season. Katie Taylor leads the way with 11 goals and eight assists on 50 shots with 29 on target. Erin Herderman has also added five goals and seven assists. In goal, Gabby Kayser has20 saves and four shutouts.
