CLEVELAND, Tenn.- The Delta State University men's soccer team fell on the road to the Lee Flames on Sunday afternoon. The Statesmen had the lead at the half but could not hold on to it. Two second half goals brought the Flames back out in front for the win.
Zachary Breaux scored in the 89
th minute to tie the game but Lee scored a minute into overtime to win the game.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Lee came out firing taking three shots in the first eight minutes.
- It was the Statesmen who scored first when Mikey Rhodes slotted one down the middle of the goal on a pass from Santiago Mena.
- DSU led at the half 1-0.
- Lee got the equalizer when Tristian Lyle put one past Matthew Klinck in the 50th minute.
- Then four minutes later Lee scored again to take the lead.
- Breaux scored in the 89th off of a corner kick.
- Lee won the game as Ronaldo Mcdonald scored the winner thirty seconds into the overtime period.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- DSU had four shots with two on goal while Lee took 17 shots with five on goal.
- Both teams had one yellow card in a physical game.
