CLEVELAND, Tenn.- The Delta State University Women's soccer team fell on the road to the #5 team in the country on Sunday afternoon by a final score of 3-0. The Lady Statesmen never could get the offensive attack going in the loss only managing four shots. It was the most goals given up in one game on the season for DSU.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Lee scored on their third shot of the game in the 22nd minute on a strike by Avery Engles.
- Casey Lafontaine took the first shot for the Green and White in the 36th minute.
- Lee added their second goal in the 78th minute.
- Diana Okechukwu had a shot hit the crossbar in the 83rd minute.
- Emma Higgins scored the third and final goal in the 84th minute.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- DSU had four shots with one on goal while Lee took 12 shots with seven on goal.
- Delta State earned one yellow card in a physical match while Lee had two
- DSU pushed the pressure and got caught offside twice in the game.
