CLEVELAND, Miss.- The Delta State University men's soccer team dropped their second game of Gulf South Conference play on Sunday afternoon 3-0 to the University of West Alabama. The Statesmen have now lost two straight after winning the previous three games.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Both teams brought pressure early with Tylor Davis and Matthew Edwards for DSU attempting shots.
- 26 minutes in UWA got on the scoreboard with a goal from Maxime Correla
- Delta State continued the pressure with nine corner kicks in the first half but could not score.
- In the second half, Adam Zayed for West Alabama scored two goals within two minutes on the clock to push the lead out to three.
- Bruno Osorio received a yellow card 65 minutes in.
